Uluru (Ayers Rock), Northern Territory, Australia

Ayers Rock Sunrise
Considering how rare it is for this part of the world to see rainfall, we felt pretty lucky to be there when it rained.  The rock was beautiful with the moisture bringing out the color. We made a trip at sunrise and it was clear and beautiful with a brilliant orange hue appearing on the face of the rock for a few seconds as the sun comes up over the horizon.  Unfortunately the picture doesn't do it justice. Robyn and I went on a camel ride with Chester.  He seemed to like me. Interesting signage on the urinal.

Chester the camel giving me a nuzzle.
