Took Jordan and Lindsay to the Holy Grail of Thai Food in North America (according to the critics). They specialize in Northern Thai cusine. The three spices whole catfish is my favorite--even though it's not much to look at with the gaping mouth and the hollow stare. I want you to just trust me on it and try it. You should also try Mee Krob appetizer and garlic shrimp that are carefully pulled out of the carapace, but it is still left attached at the tail. The whole shrimp is then lightly battered and deep fried: very crunchy...very good.
